Recruitment Notice
In compliance with the solemn order dated 28.11.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Justice Biswajit Basu of Calcutta High Court in WPA 16029 of 2023 in the matter of Piu Halder - Vs - The State of West Bengal & Ors. and subsequent order dated 16.1.2024 dated 28.11.2023 ONLINE applications are invited for the following sanctioned vacant posts of Yogoda Satsanga Kshirodamoyee Vidyapith (H.S.), Dist. Purulia run under the aegis of Yogoda Satsanga Society of India through Special Rules granted by the Govt. of West Bengal within 30 days of the publication of newspaper advertisement i.e., starting from 22nd January, 2024 to 21st February, 2024
1. Asst. Teacher, Pass Graduate with 300 marks in Bengali, Trained as per SSC norms – Normal Section - S.C. (M/F Category)
2. Asst. Teacher, Pass Graduate with 300 marks in Geography, Trained as per SSC norms - Normal Section - U.R. (M/F Category)
There will be a Preliminary Test of 150 marks followed by four other tests as follows: Bengali 50 marks, English 50 marks, Subject 100 marks and 50 marks in Value Added Education along with the Aims and Ideals of Yogoda Satsanga Society of India. Besides, there will be a 10 marks test on class demonstration.
As required under the rule, a qualifying cut off mark for the Preliminary Test conducted against each of the posts as mentioned above will be decided separately by the Selection Committee at its own discretion.
All eligibility criteria (including age) will be as per norms of the WBSSC Rules for Appointment of Teachers 2007 and all subsequent amendments issued for these rules till date. It is further noted that required minimum qualifications for each of the posts will be as per the NCTE norms where applicable.
GO's to be followed for these recruitments are 175-SE/JS/13 dated 27.8.2013 and 231 – SE/IS-21/19. dated 18.02.2020 and other Acts/Rules/G.Os as applicable
Pay scale, allowances and other retirement benefits are as per G.A. Rules.

Examination Fee:
Examination Fees of Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred only) for the post under U.R. category and Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred only) for the post under SC category should be paid ONLINE as per the instructions given in the website.
The details of venue and dates of the required tests and class demonstrations for the posts mentioned above will be intimated to all eligible candidates at a later date.
